Cancellation Policy

Standard Reservations:

  • Cancellation up to 14 days before check-in: Full refund of the booking amount.
  • Cancellation between 7-14 days before check-in: 50% refund of the booking amount.
  • Cancellation less than 7 days before check-in: No refund.

Non-Refundable Reservations:

Bookings labeled as “Non-Refundable” are not eligible for refunds regardless of the cancellation date.

No-Show Policy

Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and do not communicate their cancellation will be considered a no-show. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

Early Departure

If you choose to shorten your stay or check out early, no refunds will be provided for the unused portion of your reservation.

Refund Process

Refund Approval:

  • Once your request is received, our team will review it and notify you of the approval status within 5 business days.

Refund Issuance:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used during booking.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you need to cancel your reservation due to a medical emergency, natural disaster, or other extenuating circumstances, please contact us directly.
